Media Matters Bizarre Hail Mary: We Can’t Stop Beck with Ad Boycotts, Sarah Please Help Us

October 28, 2010

David Brock, founder of Media Matters, has just accused Glenn Beck of inciting activities reminiscent of the Oklahoma City bombings carried out by Timothy McVeigh. In turn, he has implicated all of those who listen to Beck and who subscribe to his philosophies. The bespectacled Brock has just tromped into territory where he really doesn’t want to be.

He joins the likes of the big mouths—Olbermann, Colbert, Maher, Schultz, ad nauseam—who have time and again disparaged conservative patriots with the most outlandish, unsupported accusations thinkable. Why is it that these individuals allow their elephant-sized mouths to begin to operate before they put their pea-sized brains in gear? Apparently, they are not concerned with the divisive nature of their diatribes and the damage they do to bipartisanship, not only between Reps and Dems in Washington D. C., but among the general populace as well.

If the Tea Parties have not convinced the liberals that people in this country are sick and tired of being treated as nobodies in the political process, people like Brock have been ignoring the waves of peaceful revolt going on all around them. We have been ignored long enough and November 2 promises to be one of the loudest refutations of liberal political policy this country has seen in a long time. Perhaps on November 3, Brock and his ilk will wake up and realize that the revolution they thought couldn’t happen actually did happen. Not that it will make a difference to these people who will continue to trash conservatives, but they better darn well know that a corner has been turned in our country’s history and that their verbal garbage will continue to shrink into itself and become irrelevant.

Get out and vote on November 2! Vote conservative! God bless America!

Murkowski to Mount Write-in Candidacy

September 17, 2010

The fact that this schmuck is going to start a write-in candidacy is enough to tell us that she’s not worth voting for!

The will of the people has been spoken. Joe Miller is their choice. They rejected this loser. If she garners half a dozen votes from this effort, it’s from six people who should never be given the opportunity to vote again.

Here’s another positive argument for term limits! And here’s another book to write with a title that begins “The Audacity…”

Oregon Tea Party: Opponents of Liberty organize to collect SSN’s from Tea Party participants

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Portland, Oregon – Oregon Tea Party State Coordinator Geoff Ludt today released information obtained from public websites regarding tactics the opponents of freedom may use during the upcoming April 15th Tax Day Tea Party events. Not only are groups organizing to disrupt the numerous Tea Party events, but one site has offered a plan to collect sensitive personal information from Tea Party participants. According to crashtheteaparty.org, “See just how much info you can get from these folks (name address, DOB, Social Security #). The more data we can mine from the Tea Partiers, the more mayhem we can cause with it!!!!â

Writing on crashtheteaparty.org, “The Mad Hatter” urges readers to “Check Your Local Tea Party Website For Details” of April 15 events. He goes on to say, “We’re going to attend their rally, but plan to have a bunch of truly ludicrous signs. Things that say “Obama drinks Christian Baby Blood” or “Jesus wrote the constitution”. The more misspelled words the better…You could also dress in overalls with no shirt, or a stained “wifebeater” t-shirt, But you get the general idea. Some other thoughts are to ask people at the rally to sign a petition renouncing socialism. See just how much info you can get from these folks (name address, DOB, Social Security #). The more data we can mine from the Tea Partiers, the more mayhem we can cause with it!!!!”

There have been numerous efforts by the American Left and their allies in the news media to try and paint Tea Party participants as angry, white, illiterate, corporate-funded stooges”, said Ludt. âWhile Tea Party protestors are certainly angry about out-of-control federal spending, crushing debt, the destruction of America’s health care system, and disregard for our Constitutional protections, the remaining adjectives are just Left-wing talking points, as “The Mad Hatter’s” blog post demonstrates. Tea Party activists are polite, law-abiding citizens who are voluntarily exercising their constitutional rights to peacefully protest and bring their list of grievances to their government. This stands in sharp contrast to The Mad Hatter and the Left who think nothing of taking disruptive action against peaceful protesters.”

Oregon Tea Party alerted local law enforcement to the possibility of disruptive tactics and potentially engage in identify theft through asking for Social Security numbers or other personal information. Federal law prohibits the collection of Social Security numbers except in specific instances.

The Tea Party movement has grown exponentially in the past 12 months, proving itself a threat to those who see more government spending, higher government debt and more control of American’s personal and economic lives as a desirable outcome.

Tea Parties

March 29, 2010

Just a quick note about my feeling about tea parties, particularly the ones held the past couple of weeks as the circus for Obamacare reached its peak. My comments were in answer to an email I received regarding the Starlight Tea Party held on March 28th in Searchlight, Nevada.

The fact that tea parties are just a representative part of all of the US and that the House and Senate STILL ignored us  tells me that the government doesn’t represent me or care about my ideas/feelings. Apparently they don’t care about my vote either, but I hope they get the message loud and clear in November. Whether Republican or Democrat, I think it’s time to move them all out and get some new representatives. Let’s hear it for term limits and for more use of the impeachment power for those representatives who don’t uphold the Constitution.
